Arum3D External pour 3i External

Arum3D fabrique ce blank premill externe de 10 mm en titane. Il se fraise pour former un pilier sur mesure. Il convient à la connexion externe de 3i External. La plateforme WP 5.0 correspond aux diamètres larges.

Version WP 5.0 non-engaging

La version non-engaging ne bloque pas la rotation. Elle répartit les charges sur plusieurs implants. La hauteur de 10 mm donne la matière pour l'usinage. Le pilier final se visse sur l'hexagone externe.

Usage en cabinet

Le blank se fixe dans le mandrin de la fraiseuse. Le prothésiste dessine le pilier en CFAO. Le titane supporte l'usinage humide ou sec. Le résultat reçoit une couronne ou un bridge vissé.
